Which copter flight simulator for Linux do you recommend?

There is a USB remote control. I am looking for a suitable simulator for training. Preferably able to work under the built-in ancient video intel 945.

The only RC simulator I know for linux is CRRCSim. I don't remember if it's in Ubuntu, but it's on launchpad: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/crrcsim

The quadric model is there, there are also helicopters, airplanes...
Not a thing demanding on my laptop with Core Duo and built-in video is fine.
