Which coolers to choose for two IntelXeon 2620v4 processors?

Please tell me the most acceptable and compact models (since there is not enough space in the case) of coolers for the above-mentioned processor (there are two of them on the motherboard).
The choice fell on the Intel BXSTS200C.
Is it effective? The specifications say that the power dissipation is 150 watts, but I can hardly believe it.

Your processor TPD: 85W.
Accordingly, any cooler up to 100-110W will do. What would be a reserve.
