Which cooler on the fx-8350 (AM3+) is the quietest?

I think here Noctua NH-D14 vs Noctua NH-U14S vs Thermaltake Riing Silent 12 Pro Blue.
I don't really understand them.
But for some reason, the D14 has a lower noise level in specs than the U14S, and in the review they say that the U14S is quieter
.
is it quieter than Noctua?
Now it costs Zalman c 32dB (not too loud).
