Which content editor to use for Landing page (landing pages)?

Good afternoon.
I've been doing quite a lot of landing pages lately. And now I ran into a problem that now everyone together very often begins to neglect my kindness and ask me to make minor changes to their site - change the picture, price, text, etc. (in detail). But you have to spend quite a lot of time on these little things if you have about 40+ landing pages created and everyone wants something.
Naturally, because of its simplicity and lightness, I have never used any CMS. Not everyone knows what html is and how to replace a word (phrase, picture) there.
Luckily, I ask my colleagues what a simple and lightweight ONLY content editor can be used and what kind there are. And is it possible to connect it to existing projects without dancing with a tambourine. Or is there another option?
I would be grateful for advice, all the best.

Monstra CMS is free, simple and does not require mysql. You will quickly figure it out, find the right plugins if you need them. And so it is for LP.
