Which company to choose ui/ux courses from?

Hello. I really want to learn to be a ui / ux designer.
I have knowledge of html, css, bootstrap, photoshop. I am engaged in layout of sites.
1 What to choose - try to search right away and get a job for a salary in the form of "thank you" in any serious company, and grow in it or go to online courses?
In my city, I reviewed a lot of information, they don’t teach website designers.
2 Started watching and learning courses from online schools. Honestly went down the drain. Reviews are conflicting about absolutely everything.
As I understand it, people / bots mixed up in the reviews.
Yes, and 80-100 thousand rubles is such money. which I don’t earn very easily to open any of the online schools and register as a student by pointing my finger at the sky.
3 Independently learn figma, a / b testing and so on .. And then what? The courses are somewhat bribed by the fact that they give a certain percentage of the probability of guaranteed employment, of course, with diligent training.
My age is the middle of the fourth decade.
Thank you.

A few years ago I worked with a client. He was a fan of Gorbunov's bureau and the guys who studied there. I was looking for a designer from this school for his project (they have a list of those who graduated from it on their website). As a result, the majority did not take up the project under the pretext of a high workload of projects at that moment. I don't know if this is true or not, there is no way to verify this. But in general, many smart designers with whom I had to work and whom I personally could recommend either left Lebedev at one time, or studied with Gorbunov, or have a high-level professional education - the Academy of Arts, etc. I don’t know how Lebedev is with education, and I can hardly recommend that you go to the academy in your 40s to study. For this, try to look at Gorbunov's bureau. Maybe it's all the same now.

None, because you can't learn to be a designer

Depends on goals.
If you want to do both layout and design, then it’s better not to waste time on this.
There are very few truly good specialists who can both make up and design at a decent level.
Moreover, a good front-end developer earns more than a good designer.
1. If you already have some kind of portfolio, then you can try to find a job.
2. Bad reviews are normal. The main plus is in personal work. If it is not provided, then it is not worth going there. The annual programs of monsters of Internet learning are too long, and there are eternal problems with curators. If you find a mentor separately, then the price will be about the same. And personal work will not "fuck off" will be.
3. Yes, Figma, composition, grids, typography, color basics, mobile design, Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design, UX, interface animation basics. As well as everyday practice.
