Which company's financial accounting program to choose?

I want to make accounting in an IT company more convenient and faster.
Interested in having:

• project accounting (income-expense separately for the client project) to view reports
  
• mobile and desktop versions with database synchronization
  
• well, all the standard accounting functions
  

I somehow don’t like online services, a better program.
