What are the company's payment management systems?

The enterprise needs to implement a payment management system, namely:
1) the initiator enters an application for the expenditure of funds;
2) according to the established approval route, the managers approve the payment;
3) the application gets to the accountant and he pays for it.
At the moment everything is done manually. The initiator walks with the score and collects signatures.
I would like to automate this process and have access to the approval of applications from anywhere.
What are the convenient payment management systems? The "Budgeting" module in 1C SCP is not offered, the usual 1C Accounting is used.

If you need in conjunction with 1C, then write your own. If not, then any EDMS, almost all have an agreement, you just have the documents "Payment" or "Cash withdrawal under the report" and so on.

You need an electronic document management system. See what is there, study.
A simple system could be implemented even on the basis of free Trello, by attaching invoices to tasks.

we started using ABM Cashflow, a cloud system for medium-sized businesses.. convenient, access through a browser, you only need the Internet, exchanges with 1C and uploading to the Client-bank.
