Which company directory engine to choose?

Hello!
In the search for cms, which will have the main function - a catalog of companies. With headings, catalog search. So that companies have some chips (for example, adding news or vacancies). So that the administrator can assign rights to users (that is, so that you can specify - this user manages this company).

A secondary task, but also necessary, is posting news ala blog (again, we need news headings, comments).

Tell me which paid or open source system fits this description. I've looked in the direction of the livestream + the "Companies" module, but have not yet seen a single working example except for the test version.

Tell me if there is such a miracle in nature.

It seems to me that it is better to choose a CMS that you know (or a developer knows) and write a module for organizations yourself. That is exactly what we did at the time. We chose Drupal as a CMS, wrote a module and never regretted it.

I am using Joomla ! and the Zoo component from yootheme. There in zoo there is a Business Directory that is simple, beautiful and convenient in the settings

Take what you have worked with. There will not be much difference, and the time for retraining will always cost more. I use WP for everything in a row, I learned how to fine-tune nginx, do clustering, edit php and cms. And I made the choice simply - I looked at the popularity, the number of plugins and compared sites with different goals on the same engine.

I don’t know what the standard module is in LiveStreet itself, but here blog.pravo.ru/company/ filed companies with vacancies. Therefore, it is quite possible to add your own module on this engine. The developer of an average hand of a week in 2 on flutime will add this without any problems.

As for the flexible distribution of rights, I think Drupal is out of competition.

Drupal suits your needs, it just needs to be “cooked right”
