Which collection to choose?

I made 2 assemblies, they differ only in the video card and motherboard. Which is better to choose? Is it better to overpay or performance will not suffer much? Collected in general for games and for surfing the Internet.

Judging by the reviews at peak load, the card heats up to 85-90 degrees. And since the load in games falls on the GPU, I would overpay and take a model that shows itself for the better. The absence of overheating and throttling out of the blue has already hurt the future. If the amount of 5 tr is not critical for you, do not save.
PS: it's true that the reviews do not say which cooler / radiator was in the assembly that gave such a temperature on the test, maybe deepcool 300 will take it out, but this is not certain.

In my opinion 1 build is better

The assemblies are approximately the same, the difference is extremely small, the first one will heat up less and the second one can use hard drives and RAM for the money saved.
