Which collaborative drawing/prototyping service to use?

The bottom line is that you need an online prototyping / drawing service to create dry site layouts. I draw online - the customer sees online. Russian is highly desirable.
Do not send to habr, I reviewed all these collections. There was also a similar question about 3 years ago - half of the services have sunk into oblivion.
Are you using something that you can suggest? Thanks
