I can’t find a service for collaborating on several different projects.
The requirements are as follows:
1) There are 2-3 mini-projects in which, besides me, 1-3 more people participate, in each project there are different people. I want to see all projects, each of the participants must see the project in which they participate.
2) For convenience, I want to immediately keep my personal to-do list, which is naturally visible only to me.
3) It should be possible to work with the calendar, synchronize with Google calendar.
4) The possibility of planning with Gantt charts is desirable.
5) The cost is either free or some small amounts.

It can be implemented by adding different organizations. You, as the owner, will be able to see all projects and tasks in all organizations on one kanban board. Your employees will only see tasks from the organizations to which they are added.
