Which CMS to choose for the social network?

Good day. Please help with advice in choosing a CMS for a social network, which must meet the following requirements:
module support for three.js;
support for interactive modules;
microblogging functions (short publications, reposts, hashtags and various tags);
comments, private messages, news feed;
internal virtual currency;
rating system;
scalability.

in light of your new comment clarifying the details. especially interesting detail:
I can assume that there are still some details about which you do not write here, thinking them insignificant. because what you wrote is nothing special. three js can be screwed everywhere. What do you mean by "support for interactive modules" God only knows;)
CMS is still an option for the poor, who are ready to have a typical product, as long as it is not expensive. you want cheap (that's why you count on tsms), but the project is not typical. CMS will only interfere with you. better do it right away on the framework, it might even be easier. in any case, a couple of hundred thousand rubles will have to be paid. if this money is not available, then you will have to go to the CMS, but then you will have to make any simplifications that the developers require, and getting rid of this CMS will still be difficult later.
it would be better if you wrote a budget (since you have it), then plus or minus it would be clear what you can count on.
----- old answer -----
you have no requirements, everyone can do it. although of course
you can put anything in it.
you can take at least mainstream cms, old but proven ones - wordpress / drupal, at least new and modern ones like bolt cms. in the second case, there are fewer ready-made modules, but easier to understand and create your own modules.
there are also cms clones of social networks, google. there is a lot of ready-made but also a lot of superfluous, plus not usually free.

Well, you yourself think about what cms can be for the Social Network?
if cms is made public, then at least many attackers are aware of its weaknesses

If we are talking about what you need to make a site "similar" to a social network, then yes - there are many CMS and even various mods, but you need to understand that social networks are NOT just sites, they are a whole set of solutions, programmatically hardware systems, including load balancing, as well as neural network calculations (not only for the analysis and ranking of publications, but also for project management), as well as automated systems for translating publications and comments into the languages of readers. If, nevertheless, we are talking about professional solutions, then you need to consider options like Qwerty Social Network Engine, allowing you to implement the most real horizontally scalable international social networks and web portals at a professional level. Well, if you just "play around" - yes, any CMS, but (IMHO) any public decisions are unsafe nonsense, piling up and the absence of the necessary fundamental moments for social networks.

Look in the search, there are not so many engines for social networks + components for WP and Joomla.

Let me explain some points. The difficulty is that the project is not a template, but it requires a proven engine on which all functions can be implemented. Googled on the Internet, but there is a huge selection, both cms for Facebook and Twitter clones, but at the same time, each has its own disadvantages. So they write about drupal, which creates an increased load on the server.
The concept and design of the social network is there, but each developer works on cms familiar to him. At the stage of ordering a social network, the contractor either inflates the cost or refuses due to the complexity of the project. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the optimal cms, after which you can look for a developer for it.
Also, if the project is successful, cms should cope with the load and there would be no difficulties with porting to a self-written engine. In terms of functionality, the social network is more of a microblog with an original navigation menu in a three.js module with the ability to exchange internal currency, including using a label at the end of the publication text.
