What commercial CMS online store to choose? The main emphasis is on the possibility of exchange with 1C.
Bitrix, UMI.CMS, Amiro.CMS, possibly HostCMS are being considered. Who will advise what? Who faced what problems on these CMS.

Number of goods > 200,000
Users about 2000, up to 10 users at the same time
Electronics store, respectively, about 40 details on goods.

Integration with 1C is no more than 5-10% of the development of an online store. You should not abandon CMS just because it does not have integration with 1C by default.
I worked with both paid and free CMSs, for the development of online stores as well. Paid in technical terms, there are absolutely no advantages. The same Bitrix loses to Drupal in almost everything both in speed and in code quality. Drupal quality is also not very good, but Bitrix is very bad. Hair stand on end. Bitrix is extremely slow and loads the database incredibly heavily.
Ideally, develop a CMS for the project. This requires good developers. But it will fly, eat little memory and the interface is tailored for you.

Choose Magento . If the goal is a store, you won't find a better one.

If the budget is not particularly important, then Bitrix will be the most expensive (at times, compared to other systems), but also a flexible solution.
Of the bottlenecks, you immediately have a base volume of 200 thousand (for UMI, like for many other Drupals, the base will not pull), attendance of 10 at the same time - it sounds not scary. According to 1C, top boxes should not have any special problems.

The main bottleneck in catalog synchronization will be 1C. It is better to install the latest "Trade Management" 11th edition. Integration with Bitrix is not built into it now, and is placed on top with a separate installation.
If the company assembles the site normally, then there will be no special problems.
For synchronization, you can apply a number of tricks with breeding the database and settings so as not to take a steam bath at all.
Offhand, the full synchronization of such a directory on an average, normally configured server with Bitrix out of the box will be under an hour in time. (Work is not interrupted.)
If you use the old version of synchronization from the 1C side, then even a third will not work stupidly from the 1C side.

Since the exchange with 1C takes place with a large number of goods and characteristics, file synchronization will not work. You will have very large files that will be uploaded to the site, where the engine must parse and update the directory. Too big php file can not be chewed.
