Which CMS to choose for the organization?

Misters, help to choose CMS.
Requirements.
The site is created for a company that accepts utility payments, a corporate-level site is required, with functionality:
1) Simple content editing
2) Simple structure editing
3) Poll module
4) news module
5) question answer
module 6) search module
7) photo gallery module
Also CMS code should be done in a good style and be OOP code. It should be easy to develop your own modules. There should also be documentation on the classes, preferably detailed with examples.

Chet no one advises Birix ... it seems to be also written in an object-oriented style ... at least the core.
