Which CMS to choose for an online store of a construction trading house and how much can the revision cost?

The topic of choosing a CMS for an online store is rather hackneyed, but I would like to clarify the situation, in addition to the choice, also with the amount of costs for finalizing the cms itself for itself.
So, what to choose for an online store of a construction trading house and how much can the revision cost approximately? We thought about 1C Bitrix, but judging by the reviews, it seems to be an overrated product, while we are looking towards OpenCart The
following is required:
- The ability to independently group the product catalog, combine it into sections and subsections. Mandatory 3-level menu.
- Create/manage similar/related products
- Advanced promotion management, ability to put tags like "special offer" etc., visual price change (new price next to crossed out old one)
- Delivery calculator + different payment methods (Prepayment / the ability to add acquiring, etc.)
- Rating / reviews about the manufacturer or product
- Personal account with a minimum number of registration steps / the ability to purchase without registration + the ability to postpone goods for registered
- Flexible search by goods
- The ability to create flexible filters for product categories
- Convenient control of the balance of suppliers (we work under the order.)
- Integration with 1C
- Section with additional. services
+ some tool for automating filling out the goods card, because There are quite a lot of goods (Up to 15-20 thousand items are planned)

the situation is exactly the same .. there should be more goods, but not a fact, by the
way, ask your performers:
what kind of hosting will be needed for such a site?
how much will it cost to integrate your site with 1c?
do you need a CRM system (to account for each client, etc., etc., you need CRM to automate a small business) and a virtual PBX (so that employees can receive calls remotely and not sitting in the office - you need to take them from the regions, they cost less)?

on Yii2 there is a free cms-ka DotPlant2 , it may suit you, much of what you have listed is in it. Filters are generally set up without any problems, there are tags, reviews, ratings too, there is a live search. And by the way, the engine is imprisoned for SEO.
