Which CMS to choose for a photo network (possibly with social network elements)?

I want to organize a site for a photo community with elements of a social network.
In the end, you will need approximately the following:
- open registration
- differentiation of user rights
- if possible, selection during registration of the type of user (photographer, model ...) with different fields for each
- viewing profiles and searching through them
- shared photo albums with access control
- convenient gallery with comments and voting (rating)
- events
- forum
- etc
I understand perfectly well that not a single solution out of the box is suitable immediately for all needs, and I won’t be able to build my bike from scratch (neither time, nor resources, nor a sufficient level). Therefore, I ask you to advise some flexible bundles of CMS + plugins, which can then be finished to fit your needs.
I tried to use oxwall - in my opinion, a very good social network, but there is not enough functionality for the photo community. There are few plugins.
Koken is the coolest photo cms, but single user.
