What CMS is better to make a website for a school?

I found several options for Instant cms, Drupal, Joomla, wordpress.
Maybe there is something else or on what general engine are websites for the school created?

Joomla 3
1) A bunch of ready-made plugins for educational institutions.
2) A bunch of ready-made templates for schools.
My personal experience - site without CMS for school.
A simple admin panel for adding news and editing pages (text).

Tip: When choosing a hoster, find out where your site will be geographically located, this is very important! In connection with the law on the storage of information about users of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation. Because the district or regional ministry of education may ask you for information about the location of the site, which you will have to provide the host. And in case of being outside the Russian Federation, it must be transferred or deleted.

At least for a school, at least for a culinary college ... It is important what functionality you are planning. With a probability of 90%, you will have to sacrifice functionality if you use ready-made solutions without additional. programming.

If you need a platform on which some kind of activity and users will conduct, then install Mediawiki. Convenient, brought to the standard, joint filling. I unrolled for my university.
