Soon you will have to decide which CMS to use.
DataLife Engine (Extended License) or 1C-Bitrix (License for "1C-Bitrix: Site Management - Start").
In the future, the site should have:
- Regular pages with text and pictures
- Feedback forms
- News
- Gallery
- Forum
If you don't mind, write which engine and why (extended answer).

I don't know what to advise, because I don't deal with them... But for God's sake, only not Bitrix and only not DLE.... Wordpress should be enough for you.

In Bitrix, Start edition, there is no Forum component and there is no Photo Gallery component. Both components are available from the Standard edition. And if the gallery can still be organized quite simply, based on what is in the start, then it will be more difficult with the forum.
In order to choose a CMS, you need to know what kind of project you are planning. There are many forums or galleries. Where not, a plugin will be added. And then it depends on the expected activity, the life of the project and many factors. Normal people don't choose CMS based on frills and plugins. Any choice must be justified.
