Mirroring a WordPress site. What options?

There is a WordPress site. There are several sites in different countries. There are multiple domains for this site.
What mirroring options do you offer, colleagues?
It is necessary that there be a backup mirror, it can lag behind the main one for a day, this is quite acceptable.
Everything is clear with WordPress files, at least rsync on the crown, at least syncthing all the time, at least 33 more options.
But with the base used by WordPress, there were questions.
The first thing that came to my mind was mysqldump by cron, scp to the second server and uploading from the dump there, but then I remembered that WordPress has the site address in a bunch of places in the database and we will have to do an UPDATE on the database every time after uploading the database, to change the domain, which does not suit me.
Therefore, I decided to ask a respected community.
On the site itself, materials are uploaded by a person who is far from computers and offering him to upload content to both is not an option, mirroring is needed.
We have full access, we can install plugins in WordPress, we can use scripts on both servers, whatever.
Who will offer what?
Yes, if for some reason you need technical info, then machines under Ubuntu GNU / Linux, WordPress uses MariaDB as a BD, well, php-fpm + nginx (but this is completely irrelevant)
