Content flies when restoring Bitrix?

Hello.
The situation is the following. You need to transfer the site on Bitrix from one hosting to another. On the old hosting everything is ok. However, on the new one, errors appear in the form of a lack of content (some pictures and internal pages are missing - it says that it was not found on this server). Also, the site contains irrelevant information (which was deleted or corrected on the old hosting a month ago). At first I thought about hosting, but when I tried to transfer to another, the problem remained. During the transfer process, there were many errors that were fixed manually, namely:
1. When trying to create a backup copy in the Bitrix cloud, an error occurred
2. When trying to restore a backup copy via a link - a server error
I solved these 2 problems by restoring the backup by downloading the archives to the site source
3. When restoring the database, the error "Access denied for user......(using password:YES)"
Fixed by restoring the database through phpmyadmin
Now the entire console is on a new one site red. Basically errors "Uncaught TypeError: $(...).mask is not a function"
Tell me what's the problem with all this?

If you have Bitrix older than version 16:
1) Check the new server via bitrix_server_test.php
2) Close the public part of the site
3) Check the site for errors (system check)
4) Make a backup of the project to a folder on the server, not to the cloud
5) Download the backup to your local computer
6) Upload the archives along with restore.php to the new server
7) Restore the site from the downloaded archive
If the version is less than 16:
1) Check the new server via bitrix_server_test.php
2) Close the public part of the site
3) Manually backup files project (tar is best)
4) Manually backup the database
5) Upload the files and database to the new server
6) Change access data in /bitrix/.settings.php, /bitrix/.settings.extra.php and /bitrix/php_interface/dbconn.php
7) On the unpacked site in the administrative section, edit all links to the old site
In both cases, after restore, clear the /bitrix/cache/, /bitrix/managed_cache/ and /bitrix/stack_cache/ folders.
If there are no folders, do not worry and continue on.
