Which cloud to choose for storing files?

I would like to know the opinion of people who use clouds every day. Which one do you use. And in general, is it worth using or making your own based on ownCloud or Seafile. I'm leaning more and more towards mine. And from cloud storage, I really like Mega.co.nz.

Data dependent. Your own, of course, is better if you want to consider the data yours, and not your uncle's.
Seafile (open source) or BTsync - for those cases when you want to synchronize with the cloud (a la Dropbox).
OwnCloud - more like something in the spirit of the good old samba, only for WebDAV. Cool, but lousy sync. Well, the web muzzle is good.
There is something else in between - AeroFS, all files belong to you, they do not get to other people's servers (until you check the box), but synchronization is initiated through other people's servers (files are copied via p2p). Unlike BTSync, it works faster.
