Which cloud service should be used to process data from a large number of sensors?

I am developing an IoT project. There is data that each sensor collects. The data itself is not so much, but there are about 100 sensors. An increase is planned. It is important for me to get all the information in one place and process it there. Can you recommend any cloud service?

AWS has a fairly large iot block and you can build an excellent ecosystem around it with events and analytics
