What is the service for storing images by criteria (in the body of the question)?

Please tell me the service according to the following criteria:
1) downloading and storing images without quality loss (PNG, BMP etc)
2) a convenient downloader (a la vk)
3) access from a browser, without registration
I would use vk, but it leads all images to JPEG, and even the slightest loss of quality is unacceptable.
