For reasonable money there are no such tsisok. On all 1RU switches of optical ports, either 4 or all)
If money is not the main role, see modular cabinets (4500, 4900). But for me it's cheaper to take a media converter.

@STORMY4 On all fixed configuration cisco switches there are no more than 4 sfp ports, so either change the task conditions or a modular switch or 2 switches.
