Which camera to choose for the office to support RTSP with sound?

I am looking for a solution for office video surveillance. A prerequisite is that IP cameras connect via Wi-FI and support the RTSP protocol with sound transmission (for wrapping in Linux ffpmeg). IR illumination is also needed.
Preferably budget, but so that you could see the faces in the office. And the installation as a dome mode, it was also possible to put it on a shelf.

Wishlist about the visibility of the face and the microphone is very relative, about the face it is better to decide what percentage of the frame should be occupied.
