How to organize a stream stream from a video capture card without re-encoding?

There is an HDMI capture card (Timeleak HD72B) to organize streaming over the network without recoding. The problem, in fact, is that VLC does not see the card as an audio signal source (the card is not in the list of audio devices), only as a video. I tried to render something with ffmpeg but got just a terrible picture and a lot of video lag.

ffmpeg -vcodec copy -acodec copy
One problem - not every network can push an uncompressed video stream. And not every drive can write such a stream. It's better -vcodec libx264 -preset ultrafast.
