Is there a hybrid camera capable of outputting a signal to analog and digital?

There is a need to write video digitally to the registrar, and by analogy output it to the TV in the security guard's office. But not all cameras are needed. And some cameras will go to another guard. Maybe there is some kind of adapter? For something like this, or maybe some other solution?

and what does not suit the software for the registrar to view the zones for each guard? distinguish between the client by accounting and also a notification to the detector so that he still reads the news.

There are such cameras. Hikvision and Panda seem to have it.
But as far as I understand, they are unlikely to show both analog and digital at the same time (did not check)
