IP camera is not seen by the registrar why?

One of the ip cameras is not seen by the registrar, the cable length is 70 meters. Everything works right up close. To check in its place, I temporarily connected the dome and it worked at 70 meters. What could be the reason here?

Yes, POE power, today I solved the problem, although I did not understand how it happened. I swapped two cameras after which they both earned.
