Which calls are considered "Simultaneous" by Yeastar?

Tell me, yeastar's IP-PBX has such a thing as the number of Simultaneous Calls. But, to be sure, I would like to clarify - does this number also include calls to internal numbers or only to external (landline, cell) numbers?

I think that there is no difference, for automatic telephone exchange where there is a call.
Resources for the transmission of audio traffic and signaling traffic are consumed.
