How to organize free IP telephony Moscow-Turkey?

Need GSM (Megafon Moscow) ---> wired IP phone in Turkey.
We have an apartment in Moscow and an apartment in Turkey.
In Moscow, the QWERTY operator is unlimited, dynamic IP.
In Turkey TTNET operator unlimited, static IP.
How to organize unlimited incoming to Megafon in Turkey.
I have no experience in VoIP.
As far as I understand, Moscow needs a GSM VoIP type GOIP 1. In Turkey, a Yealink SIP-T19 wired phone.
How is it tied together? Will it work?

So if you need to answer incoming Megafon in Turkey - why not use the megaphone "Multifon" for this? Put it on your computer, phone or tablet - and answer incoming calmly. And you can call in exactly the same way through it.

At the megaphone, activate the Multiphone service. then put a multiphone client or 3CXphone on the mobile. Try to call and test via mobile and via wi-fi necessarily, via wi-fi several times in different places, this will give you some experience.
Upon arrival in Turkey, go to the Internet and forward all incoming messages to the multiphone.
In Turkey, the option is if there is Internet. Be sure to turn off data transfer on your mobile phone, leave only wi-fi. It must be understood that the work will be through NAT and for communication the sip (management) port and RTP (media) ports must be opened / forwarded. For you, of course, no one will do the forwarding. Clients, whenever possible, try to overcome this limitation, often it succeeds. But with complex traffic routing inside the hotel, the client may not be able to overcome NAT and then there will be no full-fledged connection, usually the sound goes only in one direction.
If there is no Internet, there is a regular phone, then ask the hotel administration how to call your room directly directly to the room. On the multiphone, indicate forwarding to a direct Turkish number. This is much cheaper than roaming (sometimes cheaper than mobile communications in the Russian Federation), you can see the prices.
You can call from Turkey to the Russian Federation through operators that allow you to call through their website. Choose an operator that allows you to call in the areas you need, if possible for free. Try it out before you travel.
Upon your return, do not forget to immediately transfer calls from the multiphone to your mobile.

Since Moscow has a dynamic IP, you must either organize a VPN with a server in Turkey, or raise an Asterisk server there.
GSM <-> GoIP1 <-> VPN channel <-> Yealink SIP-T19
or
GSM <-> GoIP1 <-> internet <-> Asterisk <-> Yealink SIP-T19

Since "Moscow operator .. dynamic IP" - then start by building a VPN between Turkey and Moscow. In any case, starting SIP directly is stupid. You will be broken sooner or later.
And then connect your phones. But, if you do not know how to do this, then you will either have to invite a specialist, or study.

There was something like that on the news. The Chinese from Moscow called their China like this - it seems they were given a mask show with the confiscation of devices. So be careful.

Everything is done for personal use, in order to respond in Turkey to incoming Megafon in Moscow.
Let me explain the architecture.
Moscow - static IP - wifi router Asus WL-500G Premium 2
Turkey - static IP - wifi router Zyxel DSL ... I will connect Asus RT-N66U to it to expand the 5G zone and range.
There are no servers and there are no plans to.
On Habré, I found how to raise Asterisk on my router with a voice modem. Haven't tried it yet. I want a stable solution, because there will be no one in Moscow to serve.
