Which caching method to choose?

The W3 Total Cache plugin was installed on two Wordpress-based sites. The question arose about which caching method to choose in the settings. For regular hosting, a disk is recommended, for a server or vds eaccelerator. Sites are located on VDS.

And how to compare performance?

I use it along with Memcached. Works pretty fast.

Enough disk space. And you will test when you see that the server does not stand up.

I have a blog on WP with more than 6000 posts and so-so traffic (3-4 thousand per day (10-15 clicks for each)), everything possible is cached in the memcache and then it is barely exported;)
