Which cable should fit?

I ordered a computer with an ASUS M5A97 M/USB 3.0 motherboard. I have an LG FLATRON M1740A monitor and a VGA cable. What wire should I buy or an adapter to send audio to the monitor? Here are all my monitor connectors: D-Sub ; DVI-D - 24 pin S-video; composite RCA input; mini-jack audio input

Your monitor's only audio input is a 3.5mm TRS aka mini-jack. All other interfaces have nothing to do with audio transmission.
Your motherboard has the same 3.5mm TRS output.
The answer suggests itself - you need an audio cable with two 3.5mm TRS plugs.

Since 2008, video card manufacturers have been gradually updating the controller to support HDMI output in addition to DVI. Due to the electrical and contact compatibility between DVI and HDMI, only a simple passive adapter (or DVI-D to HDMI cable) is required to output data via DVI to an HDMI-compatible device (such as a TV) using HDMI functions (such as audio transmission).
An example of an adapter: here
Well, an HDMI v1.4 cable is needed. ATTENTION! Version - AT LEAST 1.4 !!!

If it's a home computer, buy speakers. 3W speakers in the monitor - hide behind the closet and cry. Even Chinese tweeters for 500 rubles will sound better than the speakers in the monitor.
