Which button should be pressed in the Hetzner robot panel before taking a snapshot?

Hello.
Hetzner's robot panel has Stop and Shutdown. I don't quite understand the difference. I want to remove the image of the server, the message server must be switched off is displayed. Do I need to press Stop or Shutdown?
