How to forward an external additional IP in Win Hyper-v?

There is a hetzner Windows Hyper-v server on board.
I ordered a network 1.2.3.4/29
I want to forward an external IP to a virtual machine. Tell me how can this be done?

By native means, this is done through the NAT settings in RRAS - add the Network Route and Access Server role, start RRAS, select the NAT server configuration, configure:
