Which build of Windows 10 should I install in 2019?

I assembled a new computer, I wanted to download the latest Windows, but it turned out that there are just a lot of assemblies today.
Advise normal. I remember using Zver for WinXp and KDFX for WIn7

What the fuck is the build in 2019?! They are no longer relevant since the time of the Seven, but they were needed on XP, because there was nothing out of the box.
Do not engage in nonsense, put the stock Windu, in the assemblies you will be stuffed with trojans for both cheeks. Don't trust schoolboys-collectors who will do such a thing with the system that you are simply amazed.

If you want to control your operating system to the maximum, then LTSC is probably better. But if you are interested in different chips, innovations, then use the latest versions of Windows 10 with the 1809 kernel.
