The cooler of the radeon x600 pro video card does not work, what should I do?

The video card works, but in games it freezes (50-60% percent). The cooler just doesn't spin, and the cooler's power is connected.

Take it to the store, hand it over for warranty repair or replacement.
If the warranty is over, then for money to a radio amateur or to repair video cards.
