Which browser to choose under Win?

What browser would you recommend installing on users' machines now?
For a long time I haven’t been keeping track of who is working on what engine and what technologies they support or are going to support.
Until recently, I installed the Yandex browser hoping that there would be fewer problems with it, but then it began to slow down constantly because of the module responsible for flash (I don’t remember exactly what it’s called) and the expansion module that works with EDS was forcibly disabled, and when our EDS will begin to support the new standard no one knows.
I apologize for the clumsy question and terminology, but I just moved away from this a long time ago.

As strange as my recommendation sounds, it's better to use IE and not use anything else. To block ads, add ADblock Plus.
