Which book to choose for learning quantum theory for beginner/intermediate level?

I came to the conclusion that it is necessary to study quantum theory, since at one time I did not pay attention to it when studying at a university. Maybe someone from their own experience will advise a fairly understandable book on this course, according to which you can independently master it at least at an intermediate level?
I understand that the question is not very close to the IT field, but for some reason I have the opinion that there are a large number of people on Habré who are knowledgeable in my question.

I must say right away that I asked my question incorrectly. I needed literature in general to begin my acquaintance with quantum physics. Field theory is out of place here.
However, I found an excellent textbook on quantum mechanics, with which you need to start acquaintance. Maybe someone will come in handy.
Fundamentals of Theoretical Physics, vol. 2. Quantum mechanics. Savelyev I. V. Publishing House "Science".
I have a 1977 edition. The book is actually quite understandable. All mathematical calculations are made in great detail, which cannot but rejoice!
