Which book is better? Olifer or Tanenbaum?

I've been working as a network administrator for a year now. Knowledge is not very much BUT they are. I want to delve deeper into this subject area. Which author of the book "computer networks" is better, Olifer or Tonenbaum? I want to buy so as not to miscalculate. And what is more of a bias in each of the books?

Which is better - Maserati or Lamborghini? :)
Oliferov is counting on a less literate reader - he is recommended as a textbook.
Tannenbaum is more academic, with more detail - some like it, but not everyone.
PS: Do not holivarit, this is my imho.

Tenenbaum is more theory, Oliver is more practice. The first is data transfer in general, the second is TCP/IP. It follows from this that tanenbaum is better for horizons.

Both. Definitely both and something else.
