What books to read on time management (time management), self-development?
Are there any good books on time management and self-development? I started to read a few, but solid water. I listened to an audiobook, and there everything slipped into some kind of esotericism.

In my opinion, you need to do this: read everything until green. Even if the water! Subsequently, there will come a moment when the brain refuses to read anything else and simply says, "It's good to read. Let's do it!". Here! From this moment on, you will begin to compile all the information you have read and heard into a certain system, according to which it is convenient for you personally and your rhythm of life.
There is no one system that works for everyone. But everywhere they reduce to one correct and correct thought: "Identify your life needs. Then set goals that allow you to achieve them. When setting the next task, try to do less, but fully approaching the goals!".
No need to look for a super-guru. We must look for ourselves. And this is possible only by trying, experimenting.
The best books on this topic, even more - from M. Chiksentmihalyi, and V. Kozlov (YarSU). Everything else is commercial - IMHO eyewash. The "flow" theory is somewhat similar to the plot of the movie "Area of Darkness", only without NZT. An important point, neither in Chiksentmihalyi nor in Kozlov you will find a mention of the fact that the flow state (consider "enlightenment") is possible for a very, very long time, for example, several years. But it is possible, tested.
I wrote about this to Kozlov, but it seems that he knows this very well (he himself is in the Stream), since he was not interested in the information. And Csikszentmihalyi already looks like an old man, he has nothing to do, he didn’t answer me at all ...
You just do what is more important and productive, and cross out any unnecessary shit. That's all time management.
The book is partially specialized, but it helped me a lot, given that I have not been an admin
"Time Manager for System Administrators" for more than a year

Bolt hammer it doesn't work in technical professions.
Read better Carson Tate about 4 styles of productivity. It's not about time, but about how.
Peter Ludwig's book "Conquer Procrastination", according to a well-known parable, "provides a fishing rod, not a fish."

From the last thing that most of all came to me on this topic, this is Evgeny Popov's course "Master of Time" - excellent work!)

We are tired of the top "right books" just like you, so this list will not include Stephen Covey, the Dalai Lama and Brian Tracy. We have collected little-known, sometimes odious and contradictory, but razor-sharp books by Russian authors in their sincerity and practicality. We sincerely envy those who see them for the first time. Post the list to your wall so you don't lose it. Perhaps this is the best thing that has happened to you.
