Which bar of RAM to buy so that it does not conflict with another bar?
Thinking about increasing the memory in the laptop. I currently have adata 4gb ddr3 1600hz. I want to put the second bar on 4gb. Which one to choose? I'm not strong in pieces of iron, but I think I need to take the bar with a frequency of 1600Hz? So far, the choice has fallen on this https://www.dns-shop.ru/product/f85ca6c0d6dc3330/o... . Is it necessary that the timing of the two bars match?

See motherboard specification :
what frequencies it supports, maximum volume, and other parameters.
Google something like this: [motherboard model] momery support
In the case of a laptop, you can do this: [notebook model] momery support
If your mother supports only 16 GB, and there are only 2 slots on it, then each bar cannot be higher than 8 GB. And do not accidentally buy server memory (ECC for example), because you most likely have a regular home computer.
