How to replace the keyboard on ACER E5-771G?

I have an ACER E5-771G laptop, one key on the keyboard has stopped working. I want to replace the keyboard, but in this model it is not completely trivial to remove it. More precisely, you can remove it, but put back the complexity. The fact is that there are plastic rivets and when removing the keyboard, they can only be cut off. Here is a video on YouTube on disassembly (although the process of cutting the rivets is not shown there, because it was already cut in advance, and only then the video was shot).
You can’t leave it unriveted, you can also ruin a new keyboard, judging by the comments. Someone advises to solder, but I can not master it. There was also a comment about a glue gun. The question is - is it possible to do this, and if so, what kind of glue do you use for this?

If the keyboard is riveted, I prefer to just buy the whole topcase (the entire upper part of the case with the keyboard), albeit second-hand. Fortunately, the laptop is quite common, and it’s easy to find a topcase, even on Avito, there are many online stores that sell it. The whole question is to be in stock, because what is sold more or less at a normal price is quickly redeemed.
The cost of the keyboard (say) is about 700 rubles, and with the top case it will be about 2000 or more.
