The problem appeared a month ago. Specific keys do not work - 9 щ д ю( 9 o l .in the English layout). I thought the problem was in the clave - I just replaced it, the same keys do not work.
Where to look for the trick?

I have the same problem on Windows 10 1607 LTSB x64 with all updates for today, Asus K53SD laptop! Exactly the same keys 9 sh d u (9 ol . in the English layout) and also the "down arrow", and it looks like F10 and F11. Also about this / two months as it appeared. I thought about changing the keyboard until I had to boot from a bootable flash drive (I tried WinPE and Linux) to do something, and what was my surprise when all the buttons worked. Then I tried to load Windows in safe mode and everything works again, but not in normal mode, although sometimes the reaction slips if you press and hold for a long time, and it happens that this does not help either.
If anyone knows/found a solution, please share.

I have a dell 5767 laptop at kaby lake. Everything was fine, but after a year, the wsx, caps lock, 2 keys periodically stopped working somewhere. It was in the keyboard cable on the motherboard, when I pressed the cable with my finger, the keyboards started working and fixed this case with a thick adhesive tape))

I have num lk blocked them. This is a button above the 7th and below the home button. Next to those buttons that do not work. Just switch the mode by clicking on it. The buttons themselves in the notepad were displayed before, everything is OK, but flipping through documents with their help is not.
