Which app to use as an alternative to Contacts in iOS?

Good afternoon!
The question is actually this: you need to understand who is calling out of about 700 people (employees of the organization), and there is no way to add everyone to Contacts on phones (iOS & Android). At least just in order not to mix and shake them with the personal contacts of the employee.
Tell me any alternative application or method in order to understand who is calling, find someone to call and not mix personal and work contacts in the phone book.

Maybe this can be done by creating an account with all contacts in GoogleContacts and adding it to accounts on phones? But something tells me that then all the contacts on the phone will be mixed up in a bunch.
Or maybe you can create and configure a Shortcut to search in a file (phone book) somewhere in the cloud?
The option for iOS is preferable, since most owners of these devices.

PS
For iOS, this feature does not work for some reason, and sending 700 letters to each employee by mail is such a task Settings > Siri & Search > Contacts > Show Siri Suggestions for Contacts

THANK YOU!)
