What is your statistics delay in the Google Play Developer Console and how does it affect your position in the top?

A little background
The statistics delay in the developer console is almost always stable for me: 3 days. I recently posted the application, three days later (the day before yesterday) the statistics were loaded, on the first day there were only 34 installations. In the market itself, installations of 10-50 were shown, and at first they showed it in the market, and then the statistics were already loaded after a couple of hours. Yesterday, statistics with an extra delay (about 10-12 hours) showed the installations of the second day - only 116. But a day passed, and the market still says that there are 10-50 installations. And it should be 100-500. Google has completely confused me.
