Which API to use to find hotels?

Good day.
I had a desire to create a mobile application (as part of learning new tools) using some kind of API with access to information about hotels in the city and prices for them for a certain period. In fact, more functions from the API are not required, no monetization interests me.
But by googling, I found out that all booking services require you to become their registered partner. Certification implies that you are a company with a business plan, target audience, main way to attract customers, etc.
Is there any way to get access to such information for the personal use of one developer?

I think that the only option is parsing, in small volumes or through a proxy.
