Which antivirus is suitable for a developer?

I recently had to move from Win7 to Win10. On 7 I used the now rather old Comodo Internet Security (free).
You don't need much. Monitoring entries in the registry/FS and network activity (with setting "black" and "white" lists). Limited signature/heuristic scanner (also only in specified places). Monitor "dangerous" operations at the API level (inject/hook/direct device access etc.).

Hello, 10 years - under Windows I do not use antivirus, none at all.
Because I know and understand what I download and use for this.
If in doubt, then https://www.virustotal.com/
For very extreme cases, I use a virtual machine.

Recently, the AV-TEST organization recognized Windows Defender (built-in in Windows) as one of the most effective protection tools. And yes, developers usually understand at least a little about computer security.
