Which Android/Windows Phone models are suitable for development?

Good time of the day!
Phones on Android and Windows Phone are needed for debugging, i.e. devices with the most popular processors and RAM sizes and screen sizes and resolutions. They are not interested in flagships, they need the best-selling models so that they can easily debug code on them, with the expectation that everything will work similarly for most Android / Windows Phone users.
Ps Chinese under Cyanogen OS fit? Or is it better to take something on a regular Android for debugging?

According to WP, the most popular today are Lumia 630 and 540, if my memory serves me, I won’t tell you about android

There is no variety on Windows Phone. You can take some cheap device on 8k
