Which all-in-one to choose for HON work and play?

Hello everyone, tell me in the choice. You need a monoblock to work and play Heroes of Newerth at medium settings with FPS 40-60 at least, while working, the Chrome browser is open (10-15 tabs as a rule), photoshop, code editor and another program for 300-400 MB of RAM. The main wishes: the speed of work (I think SSD solves here) and a minimum of noise, I'm used to working in silence.
Which processors (i5 7200U, i5 8250U, i5 8400T, i5 8500, i5 8500T, the budget for i7 is not enough and not necessary) and video cards (Discrete or Integrated) should you pay attention to?
