Adequate replacement for MacBook Pro 2014 - what to buy?

Please tell me an adequate replacement for the MacBook Pro 2014 (preferably with the same / better specifications, cheaper, 13-inch, similar in design).
What I use:
1) Internet via Chrome or Firefox.
2) Visual Studio.
3) Xamarin.
4) Photoshop (a lot of photoshop).
5) Video and audio.
6) Watching streams.
7) Surfing the Internet.
8) Skype, telegram, dropbox.
What do you advise?
Budget = exactly MacBook Pro 2014 (look at your money, I want something cheaper, so that I still have money for a new phone).

ASUS zenbooks immediately come to my mind. IMHO.
Their line is wide.

Of the minuses - I don’t know if this one is sold in Russia, I don’t live in Russia and I bought it on Amazon with obviously only an English keyboard (I type blindly, and when I look, Russian letters only get in the way).
I'm going to do a review on Habré one of these days :)
Price on Amazon $1600 (was). I don’t know what configuration your firmware is, in a comparable one it would cost from $2000.
